You learn a lot faster in the ecosystem called Waada The Movement. This leads to faster growth and you taking more responsibility for both yourself and others around you. This could result in you starting a venture within the Waada the movement. If you have a great idea, we help you to sharpen and adjust it wherever necessary, we invest in it. We guide you to start and run a mini company under the Waada umbrella, with the right supporting structures. We are Sherpas of personal development and in the end entrepreneurial development. PERSONAL & ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT

IKIGAI

When you enter the office you feel the energy. On all pillars of the building our are pictures of the employees, attached to it, their ikigai. Our movement is built on the people that work here. By adding these pictures and ikigais on the pillars Waada emphasizes the importance of it. Do you know your ikigai?

DRAGONS’ DEN

Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our company. Every quarter Waada organizes a Dragons’ Den. Where new ideas are pitched to the MDs and everybody in the company. People get feedback on these ideas and might get an investment from the dragons to realize their idea. This actually resulted in the mini company we now call DevOn. Do you have a great idea?
